Padmé wears this dress when she and Anakin visit her family on Naboo. The scene was cut from the movie, but can still be seen on the DVD.

"In Episode II, Padmé takes Anakin to her parent's home to meet her family. The scene didn't make the final cut of the movie (although it is on the DVD), but this coat is one of Trisha's favorites. The delicately devoréd panne velvet hooded robe has full sleeves and fastens with a vintage clasp. It was wprn over a revealing two-piece high-necked top with back-button detail and hipster wrapover skirt. The top is adorned with tiny vintage shells and filigree leaf-shaped dress clips at the center-front, and shoulder blades of the same color and material as the decorated hairband."
