This gown is worn when the queen is taken captive, although it is Sabé acting as a decoy and the queen is a handmaiden. It is worn until they get to Coruscant and then on the return to Naboo. Since the Queen also wears this costume there are more pictures here.
Design:
"The retinues of Queen Amidala's handmaidens in attendence wear many different outfits. The orange-to-yellow Ombréd Velvet Travel Gowns although appearing simple, took considerable time to complete. The dresses were originally formed in white silk and viscose velvet, fitted several times on each actress, and assembled to an almost finished stage before being taken completely to pieces to be ombré dyed, to ensure that when the attendents stood together the depths and colors aligned. The red sashes, sleeves, and inner hoods are in a bias-cut silk crepe trimmed with antique guipure motifs dyed to match. The hoods are used to hide the faces of the handmaidens, which enabled Padméto travel in disguise as one of the group."
